Pets are fostered in Greater Cincinnati, Ohio. We do out of state adoptions, but we no longer arrange transport. 

UPDATE: Duke is such a good boy in his foster home. And we want him to have the best forever in the world! Sadly, yesterday, we found out that his two tumors were malignant and he has a heart murmur... so he needs a loving home that is OK with a possibly shortened lifespan. Duke is well mannered, gentle, and fine with other pets. He's only 5 years old. (We are still in shock to learn of his situation.) *Duke has arrived in rescue and we already know quite a bit about him. He is 5 to 6 years old and has been a family pet. Weighs ~ 25#. Duke loves his leash time and is a gentleman when out and about. He has a couple of small lipomas that need to be removed and then he will be like new! If you'd like an "easy" first pet.. this guy should be in the running. **Dogs listed here have entered our program and have received a basic level of vet care including: vaccines (DHLPP & Rabies); bloodwork (heartworm test); deworm and deflea; spay or neuter; vet exam. Each pet comes with one free vet follow up consultation at Red Bank Vet Hospital. Fees requested at time of adoption help with a small part of the care provided, and are non-refundable.
