Pets are fostered in Greater Cincinnati, Ohio. We do out of state adoptions, but we no longer arrange transport. 

Topper is a young Rat Terrier. Now in rescue and learning about love. And the good life. He's about 2 years old. Weighs ~ 25#. Topper is a bit on the shy side... but he is coming around well here in foster care. Requested donation is $125 to $175 (sliding scale) to help us pay for some of his vet care. Please give this little man a chance at the furrever home he deserves! Topper is crate trained and housebroken. *** Topper is in his forever home in Cincinnati.
