I want to help Three Sisters Pet Rescue / Ohio Hound Rescue save pets and I am opening my home to a foster pet. I have read and agree with this statement.

I agree to be financially responsible for the food, treats, and toys I provide for this pet. I will not feed the pet table scraps.

No foster pet is ever to be left outdoors unsupervised. Dogs must wear identification tags at all times.

I agree to hold Three Sisters Pet Rescue / Ohio Hound Rescue harmless for any personal injury or property damage caused by my foster pet while he or she is in my care.
